To get a refund, you must send ALL SEPTIFIX BOXES (even used or empty) back to us, to the following address: Amazon.com Services, Inc., 10240 Old Dowd Rd, Charlotte, NC 28214-8082, US (CLT2) – we do not refund you for the boxes not received! To get a refund, you must: contact our support desk at support@septifix.com along with your full name, email address, Clickbank email invoice, and order number. You also need to share your experience with our tablets and tell us exactly what you are returning. For example if you ordered the 3 boxes, and one of boxes is opened, you should say that 2 units are as new and un-opened, while the other one is opened. Wait for the support desk to confirm your request. Send us your return tracking number so we can verify it. Once your return package arrives in our warehouse, we'll issue your refund. Please keep in mind that we do not support the return shipping costs and we'll deduct our shipping and handling costs from your refund. Do not worry, because it’s ok if you sent back your products to us even on the 59th day of your 60-day money back guarantee period and we receive them several days later.
